The betik registration process is straightforward and takes under 2 minutes. Click the Register on the homepage, enter your full name, active Malaysia phone number, email address, and create a strong password. After completing the form, you will receive a verification SMS to confirm your phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and you can start logging in and making your first deposit.

The minimum age to register and use the betik platform is 18 years old. betik enforces a strict responsible gambling policy and does not permit anyone under age to access any part of the platform. During the KYC verification process, your age will be confirmed via a valid government-issued identity document.

To complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you will need to provide a copy of your MyKad (front and back) or a valid passport, along with proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months. All uploaded documents are fully encrypted and used solely for identity verification purposes.

No, each individual is only allowed to hold one betik account. Registering multiple accounts violates the platform's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, along with all balances and bonuses being forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Log in to your betik account, go to Profile Settings, then select the Personal Information section. You can update your phone number or email address from there. These changes require OTP verification, which will be sent to your old phone number or email address as a security measure. If you no longer have access to your old phone number, contact customer support with a valid identity document for manual verification.
Deposit

betik accepts a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed through a secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. You can choose your preferred method from the Deposit page in your account.

The minimum deposit amount at betik is just RM10 — among the lowest in the industry. This allows new members to try the platform without a large financial commitment. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method; you can check the latest limits directly from the Deposit page in your betik account.

Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited to your betik account within seconds to 5 minutes. Debit card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please check your bank statement to confirm whether the transaction was successfully processed, then contact our support team with proof of payment.

betik does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You will receive the full amount deposited directly into your account balance. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small fee on their end — this is beyond betik's control. We recommend checking with your payment provider first if you have any concerns.
Cash Withdrawal

Log in to your betik account and go to the Withdrawal. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm your bank account details. Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification. Once all information is verified, submit the request and allow the betik finance team to process it.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after the request is approved by the betik finance team. Withdrawals to e-wallets may be faster, ranging from a few hours to 24 hours. The timeframe depends on whether your KYC is complete and there are no unresolved verification issues on your account.

There are several common reasons why a withdrawal may be rejected or delayed: incomplete KYC or invalid documents, unmet bonus rollover requirements, bank account details that do not match the name on your betik account, or suspicious activity detected on the account. Check the email sent by betik for more details, or contact customer support for a full explanation.

Bonus & Promotions

betik offers a competitive welcome bonus for new members making their first deposit. The bonus is credited directly to your bonus balance and can be used to bet on sports, casino, bingo, and other eligible games. The latest bonus amount and percentage can be checked on the promotions page in your account — values are subject to change from time to time.

Rollover (or wagering requirement) refers to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if your bonus is RM50 with a 5x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM250 (RM50 × 5) before you can withdraw the bonus value. Your rollover progress can be monitored in real time from your betik account dashboard.

Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time. However, certain special promotions are designed to run alongside an existing bonus. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming any bonus. If in doubt, the betik customer support team is always ready to assist.

Every bonus at betik has a set expiry date — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the promotion type. If the validity period ends before the rollover requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited from your account. Your original deposit funds will not be affected. To avoid losing your bonus, monitor the expiry date from your account dashboard.
Account Security

Log in to your betik account and go to Security Settings. Find the "Two-Factor Authentication" option and click Activate. You will be prompted to verify your phone number by entering an OTP code sent via SMS. Once activated, every time you log in from a new device, an OTP code will be sent to your phone as an additional verification layer. We strongly recommend all members enable 2FA.

Change your password immediately via the Login using the "Forgot Password" function. Then go to Security Settings and log out of all active sessions. Enable 2FA if you have not already done so. Contact betik customer support to report the incident — our security team will review your account activity logs and take appropriate action to protect your account.

betik uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Your bank card information is not stored directly on betik's servers — all payment processing is handled through third-party payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Try the following steps: ensure your internet connection is stable (WiFi or 4G/5G mobile data), clear the betik app cache from your device settings, or try restarting your phone. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app using the latest APK file from the Download.
